HP QuickSync comments

It is a quick and easy way to sync your files from your digital devices

Used to work with this software on my old HP mini notebook (Windows XP) and now have issues running this app on my Pavilion 360 (Windows 8.1).
No way to work arround: Unknown error what ever I do to activate the software.
- Signing in to my old account: Unknown error
- Creating new account: Unknown error
- Clicking "Forgot password" for my old account: Unknown error.
